A laser level is a common calibration tool used to measure the inclination angle relative to the horizontal position, the flatness and straightness of the guide rail of machine tool equipment, the horizontal position and vertical position of equipment installation, etc. Let's take a look at the correctness of the level Instructions!

Adjust the instrument:

1. Place the instrument on a reference plane or a tripod.
2. If the laser flashes and alarms after starting up, adjust the position of the instrument or fine-tune the tripod to make the instrument placement surface tend to be horizontal.
3. Adjust the height of the instrument by shaking the handle or lifting the tripod.
4. If the laser line is dark or bright, check the light outlet. If there is dirt, please use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and wipe it clean.

Operation method:

1. Turn the switch to the ON position, that is to release the locking condition, turn on the power, at this time the horizontal laser line and the vertical laser line will light up and project on the target.
2. Rotate the instrument in the horizontal direction so that the vertical laser line falls on the desired position.
3. After the operation is completed, it is necessary to turn off the power and turn the knob switch to the OFF position, otherwise the accuracy will be affected.

Notice:

When the instrument needs to be transported for a long distance or the instrument is moved into the packing box, the switch knob should be turned to OFF.

Repair and maintenance:

1. Please use the instrument carefully and keep it in a safe place to avoid damage to the instrument due to strong vibration or drop;
2. Before moving or transporting the instrument, please put the switch knob in a locked state to avoid affecting the accuracy;
3. Do not try to open the instrument, unprofessional disassembly will damage the instrument;
4. The instrument should not be immersed in water or placed in rain and humid areas for a long time during use and storage;
5. Keep the laser output window clean, and regularly wipe it with a clean soft cloth or a cotton swab dipped in alcohol;
6. When not in use for a long time, the battery should be taken out. When not in use, the instrument should be placed in the instrument case or soft bag, and placed in a ventilated and dry room.

Safe to use:

1. Do not look directly at the laser beam;
2. The laser marking output is located at the output hole;
3. Do not disassemble the instrument for internal maintenance, only through authorized maintenance centers;
4. The instrument generally complies with the laser radiation safety level standard.
