Laser level principle:

Structure: There are three columns on the outside, and a weight on the inside. The weight and the column are connected and supported by two mutually perpendicular shafts with bearings to ensure that the weight in the middle of the three columns can swing back and forth, and the weight is always in a vertical state.


Principle: The heavy hammer (that is, the gravity balance column that can swing in the middle) is in a vertical state when it is placed horizontally. Once it is not vertical, the heavy hammer collides with the structure of the outer column, and the metal part short circuit will alarm. Sensitivity is the standard for directly measuring the accuracy of the level meter, so bearings are installed on the two mutually perpendicular axes. However, in the circuit, the three columns and the weight need to be connected with wires to supply power to the laser diode installed on the weight. Due to the impact of the precision of the hammer spirit, a small-diameter enameled wire with high flexibility is used for connection.

There are two vertical lasers installed on the weight, and the circuit board controls whether the laser emits light. When the light is on, the laser tube inside emits two vertical lights, horizontal and vertical, and only swings with the weight in the middle. As long as the weight is in a vertical state, It can make the laser line measurement emitted by the laser tube in the horizontal and vertical state.
